Komoča Airport cooperates with school centers for training pilots of ultralight aircraft in Šurany and Nové Zámky. Our organization is part of the Slovak Aviation Federation, which brings together those interested in recreational and sport flying. The main program of our center is the theoretical and practical training of future pilots of motorized aircraft – flying sports machines.
Any medically fit candidate who has reached the age of 16, has completed theoretical and practical training in a training facility and successfully passed theoretical and practical examinations in an authorized legal organization can become a pilot. Practical training may only be conducted in flying sports machines approved and designated for that purpose by a training facility. Every person interested in training under SLF must be a member of the Slovak Aviation Federation.
If you are not sure or do not yet know if you will like it, or you just want to try what it feels like, register for the “Promotional (sightseeing) flights“ or “Pilot on trial“.
As part of the training, the school provides training for the category of single-engine aircraft with fixed airfoils with aerodynamic control, i.e. conventional aircraft, as well as flying sports machines with rotating bearing surfaces, i.e. gyroscopes (gyrocopter, autogyro)
REGISTER FOR OUR AVIATION SCHOOL, GET A PILOT LICENSE FOR FLYING SPORTS MACHINES AND BECOME A PILOT OF AN AIRCRAFT OR GYROSCOPE.
